Sadly, Tutu went back to Hawaii today. Happily, it will not be too long until Adventure Dad comes home. I would say more, but that is against the rules!
On our way to the airport we spent the day at Bellevue Mall where we got Papaya some “big girl walkin’ shoes” at stride rite. She is OH SO CUTE in these pink numbers and keeps looking at her feet and pointing, “that!” she says. I’m so proud. We also got her a big girl
As I drove home with Papaya fast asleep in her car seat I saw another Mom on the road. Her two beautiful children were in car seats and drawing on the inside of the windows with crayons. She drove with a peaceful smile on her face, knowing the crayon comes off of glass, and knowing her kids were having a great time. I want to be that relaxed in life. I will be that relaxed.
I’ve got a busy week ahead preparing for the move but it should go well. I’ve had the help of my Mother for a week now and I’ve just got “little” things left. Papaya has another Molar poking through, poor little thing.
