As she eats breakfast…

I read my friend’s blogs….two of whom are going to pop any minute now with babies! One is a boy, and one is a frog (nic name). I’m very excited to see the pictures and each morning I look, excited, and when there is no post…I wonder. This reminds me of a dear friend Amy who I spoke to last week when she was 40 weeks 4 days pregnant with #2, she never called me back the next day and it’s been a week….I sent flowers! Of course, she had the beab! Also, I get to call and talk to my friend Monica who has a newish baby who she had at home a month or two ago….so much fun.

Anyway, reading all my blogs and Mommy boards this morning, my face hurts from smiling so much.

I’m off to have breakfast with Julie and Makenzie and Papaya…what fun!

Thursdays are for.....shopping & cleaning? by Papaya Mom on December 30th, 2004
It is almost the New Year and I've managed to almost completely waste another day of 2004! Another night of bad pregnancy sleep that lapsed in one hour intervals from midnight to ten a.

A New Year! by Papaya Mom on January 3rd, 2005
We had a great New Year eating Cajun food at Mor Mor Bistro with friends:) The music was a bit loud and Adventure Dad felt like he was out of place without his AARP card but we had a nice time nonetheless.

includes cooking great meals (I hope).

Welcome to my blog.... by Papaya Mom on December 28th, 2004
I realized that although I love Papaya's site, the news function would work better for me as a blog.

Heh. No new posts from me usually means… I’ve been a lazy blogger! I wish I would pop already!! I don’t care that I’m not done with stuff… I just want Xander in my arms already :) If I don’t have him by the 21st, I *think* I’m going to go ahead and get induced on the 22nd (9 months and 5 days ;). Doc says he’s hella big already and I’m hella small. He even offered to induce me on or before my due date. I said no, and that I’d *like* it to happen naturally. But, getting a c-section is my worst fear (aside from something happening to Xan)… and that’s what I’m headed for if I let the pregancy go too long. Ack!

    Hope breakfast was DEE-licious!

I think it’s a pretty safe bet that I will be blogging at least once during labor.

blogging while in labor…then you will be a superhero!

I used all my concentration early to rest and later to, well, push!

I’m so excited for Meghan to pop too!!! It’s going to be so fun having a little baby around…without personally having to go through the 9 months of pregnancy, or the labor, or really being responsible for it…hehehe

Kayte, this is the BEST way too! Papaya Mom
