I’m an ADD blogger - I get distracted by new shiny things like MySpace.
I’ve got a new personal trainer and am working out six days a week. I just can’t have a two year old and still call this “baby weight.” I’ve downloaded podrunner podcasts and David Sedaris books on iPod to listen to. Mondays are my “Long Slow Days” where I do 75 minutes in heart rate Zone 2. Tuesday and Thursday is lifting with my trainer and new partner….
Now, if only I could think of anything else to blog about.

How do you figure out zones? Do you take your resting heart rate and multiply it by something? I’d like to know how to spend lots of time in Zone 2 — you said this is where you burn the most fat but it’s not as hard as the supercharged cardio work-out. Is there a way for me to figure out Zone 2 without going to the expense of a personal trainer?

Also, how about a podcast of birthday Daddy and Maya soon!?!?

Just nice to see you back in Blogland!
