Wednesday Pancetta Wrapped Pork Roast, Potato and Onion Cakes, Salad
Thursday Submarine Cocktail Party!
Friday Leftover Pork Roast, etc.
Saturday Roasted Garlic Chicken, Rice, Vegetables
Sunday Spaghetti Pie

Week of November 6 through November 12
Monday Artichoke Crostini, Chicken Caesar Salad, Strawberries & Grapes
Tuesday Pan Seared Salmon, Asian Broccoli Rabe, Rice, Poached Pears
Wednesday Babysitter night - eat out.
Thursday Grilled Philly Sandwiches, Chips, Homemade Salsa
Friday Romano Chicken, Pasta, Salad
Saturday Curried Chicken Salad over Greens with Balsamic Vinaigrette
Sunday Pizza (homemade) and salad

    Wednesday- hot dogs
    Thursday- leftovers
    Friday- fish sticks!

    I’d love to have everyone over - dinner parties are my favorite!

    The Pork Roast was good flavor, but I always forget how easy it is for Pork to bee to firm, I like slow cooked pork or pressure cooked shredded pork better….note for next time.
