Like Maggie Gyllenhaal who nurses her 8 month old daughter in public and KNOWS it's not a big deal - I mean AAP says a MINIMUM of a year so why is 8 months SO shocking?Like Joley Fisher who had a homebirth and did not hide it like some pariah - her body did what it's meant to do in a place where fewer interventions lowered her risk of complications.

Okay so that second one is about me, tell the truth! I’m workin’ on it … honest
I love you, you svelte, trim, physically fit beauty,

I did not mean it about you but in retrospect it fits, I love you Mommy!
I read an article in this morning’s newspaper that after having stomach shrinking surgery and getting down to a normal 155 weight, an Oregon woman (who is the director of social services in a long-term care facility > not a stupid or lazy person) was physically assaulted. Her doctor put her on Zyprexa for PTSD (a mood stabilizer when used this way). She had no weight gain for 8 weeks, “but she said the drug altered her metabolism and set the stage for rapid weight gain in the months ahead, when she was then prescribed antidepressants.” With nortriptyline “she put on 30 pounds in less than 2 months.” That’s not the end of the story but it points out that we all need to read the fine print and talk to our M.D.s about the range of consequences/ side effects of the drugs we take.
I love you, too, and wish the best for us all !!!!!!!!!
lol I skimmed over the second one and thought it read “I’d like to tell you about something called a gyn.” haha Overdue lady checkup??
