		<description>I'm a huge fan of the one-dish simplicity! I do it a lot with stir fry and pasta dishes, making sure I get all the food groups in there.

I love how you think ahead and use pieces of the former day's meals in the next. This is always something I've admired, and aspired to do myself, but have never quite gotten the hang of. It's also much more satisfying cooking for a family than just for your lonesome self, when a mish-mosh of fridge findings will do just as well.</description>

Chicken salad sounds good. I have some extra chicken this week so I think I'll try it. I've never had fat free mayonaise. Been tempted to try but wasn't sure what the taste was like.
