		<description>Oh, and I also start forming blog posts in my head before I can get to a computer. A lot of times while I'm running I think about what I'm going to say about the run. Only thing is I usually forget what I wanted to say, but remember that whatever it was I came up with in my head was invariably more eloquent and interesting than what actually gets typed up. :)</description>

		<description>I heard an advertisement for V8 juice on NPR this morning on the way home from my run and promptly walked to the grocery store and bought a bottle. It was the most shameless succumb to advertisement that I've experienced. At least I got three servings of vegetables out of it.</description>
